Art Gallery Coordinator Part-time Monroe Arts Center (MAC) is seeking a responsible and well-organized lover of the arts to coordinate with local and regional artists to display their artwork in our art gallery. Communication with various art groups, artists and the public is necessary to be successful in this role. Hours are flexible and part-time, but will require 8 changes per year to the art displays in 2 locations and public announcements at opening receptions for MAC performances. Monroe Arts Center Executive Director Monroe Arts Center (MAC) is seeking a dynamic leader to manage its regional performing and visual arts center. Key responsibilities are to establish robust schedule of performances and programs, manage staff of 5 and volunteers, fundraise and develop membership, form and maintain community partnerships with other arts organizations, increase youth and family programming, facilitate relationships with educators and businesses, manage budget and generate revenue, manage facility, market and promote programs. Ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and love of the arts; Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and/or commensurate experience in the arts; strong management/leadership experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills including public speaking; fundraising and audience development experience; prudent financial management skills; visionary and strategic thinking skills; and an ability to create a culture that provides a customer and community-focused experience at MAC.
